Default Importing from Mexico?

This is a honest question, how hard would it be to title a car from Mexico to here? I have got a killer deal on a 2008 Peugeot 207RC and don't really wanna pass it up. Does anyone have any clue on how to go about that? I know that Peugeot plans on making it back to the US in a few years, but I really love this car. I got to drive my friend's 207 while he visited here. If you can drive a car from Mexico in the US, can it be registered here too that easy?

they have awd standard or as an option?

and charles, it depends on who you know. i've read your posts over the years and you tend to exaggerate a bit about how difficult it is to get a title.
