It was on S. Dale Mabry around 6pm.
It had borla stickers on the passenger windows, and some other stickers, and..... SUPRA TAILLIGHTS.

i've seen it in lutz...we rolled down the windows and proceded to yell "RICER!!!" while giving an ultimate thumbs down....and i drive a civic and i had every right to call someone like that a ricer.

Might be a weird conversion, but what else about that car is ricer? The conversion is done, the paint was redone, and I don't see anything else that would strike me as 'ricer'.
So, no, you don't have the right to call anyone a ricer.
