viper acr does the 'ring in 7:22, win.
stiff ass springs, r compounds, no amenities except AC, monsterous wing, front splitter... no shit it beats the zr1. All those mods to a zr1 and it will more than likely beat 7:22, imo.

Then the SRT engineers went hunting for good suspension pieces, finding race-specification dampers from KW Suspension to be just about exactly what they had in mind. These shocks are 14-way adjustable in compression and rebound, and they permit ride-height adjustment as well, so the car can be lowered right down to 3 inches of ground clearance.
With spring rates that are about twice as firm as the standard Viper and a front antiroll bar some 20 percent stiffer, the ACR Viper rides pretty hard, yet it didn't feel too jarring to us at Willow Springs. Other than a couple of bumpy points on the track where the car would bounce slightly off course, the Viper circulated surprisingly smoothly. Despite a fairly serious lecture from chief engineer Helbig about not crashing, we discovered to our relief that this 600-hp car with a big racy wing is actually pretty easy to drive.

My lord, does the car come with a tack? he hits the rev limiter more then my friends base model civic that doesnt have a tack when he tries to race

Im not surprised with the Viper though.
The SRT-10 was a beast as was,the ACR stepped it up 20 times.
7:22 is crazy with the imperfections in the driving.
Pro driver should see sub 7:20,easily.That's INSANE.

Ok so you're saying not only does the GT-R have less power it also weighs more than all 3 and handles worse (Is what I've gathered). Yet it still managed to pull times within a few seconds of the rest... I truly dont get what has been gathered by all of that. I mean, how can you not see that a 600bhp GT-R would go around way faster?

Maybe it came with a tack in the driver's seat, kept poking him.
