well i dont give 2 shits how the story goes. the first and last guy on here have multiple arrests for the same thing, i dont really know how there could be a misunderstanding of the situation. they were caught stealing this guys seats, what were they doing, borrowing them and planning to return them.

It's called ESOL classes. It's really not that hard. I did not know a word in English when I came to this country and I made it through school without a problem.

It's called laziness. If most of the criminals/thieves put as much time into education, business practice, etc.. as they did stealing fire exstinguishers, maybe there would be more small business, less corporations and less crime.
