in the near future probably by xmas im looking at getting the side skirts and rear valence for my car. and im gonna get the whole thing repainted since it somewhat needs it.

i want maybe one color coat and probably 1-2 coats of clear. nothing fancy same nightshadow pearl color that it came from the factory in just something to take all the chips scratches and etc out. i also want to paint my rocker panels from the black they are and paint match my upper grille and rear centerpiece of the tail lights.

im in orlando so im gonna see if i can find a place here to do it or take it to lakeland and leave it there for a few weeks but how much can i expect? im aiming to spend less than 800 since the body kit pieces are going to cost around 400

 

im sorry to say dan but that price range isnt going to happen for you. one you want to spray the car with one coat thats fine but you also have to sand the clear off that is there now thats bucks. then any inperfections in the body might as well get taken care of while your doing this. then you have to treat the black soide skirts that nothing major but it is still gonna cost ya. then you throw in paint hardner and clear coat and the labor charges and you are going to pay i would say about 1200 for the right job.

seems high but remember you are wanting a basic one over and just so you know one coat of clear is enough. like i always say if you are going to do this might as well save and do it right the first time holmes.

 

yeah well this is in the future hehe

thats why after having it for sale for the last 4 months it will sell before xmas....
