Whats funny is ur right and sad thing is it applies to as well.. What will happen is 2 separate liens will be placed on the title.. The banks as well as urs.. If u keep it you wont be able to sell it legally since u don't have the banks lien statsifed.. This is very complicated.. Now this is what i propose.. Start applying storage fees to the car
in which case the bank will not shell out the money for it and then they will just write off remaining amount of the car onto the mother.. And then part the car out since without the lien being statsfied u will be unable to sell the car..

I'd tack on $300 a day storage rate,starting tomorrow and by the time this is settled the storage amount will be atleast the $16,000 he owes you,or you get the car.Banks choice.

Its the only route he can take to be honest.. And i know he can charge storage fees for the 6months its been sitting there as well..
Im not trying to railroad this kid or his mother who sadly is caught in the middle of this.. But he took a gamble and lost.. The hustler game is unforgiving and has no feelings if ur caught in ur own hustle... I guess the jokes on this kid..
