A link to this was posted on 300zxclub.com and the username/pw was given out so the members at the site didn't have to sign up 50 accounts just to read this..
So what I am saying is that it's probably not Joe, but it is probably about 10-15 different people from that site.

Unfortunately this kid may have a chance in court.. I would like to see the outcome of this case.. But this isn't my area of expertise.. I am in criminal law.. But what I don't understand is why you didn't take a large deposit on such a extensive job.. For 17k one would think you would take a deposit and also have a work order drawn up with every detail outlined along with signature... And not just accept terms by word of mouth...
