You mentioned that you spent your PERSONAL money for this deal and caused you to default on your PERSONAL bills, but I just can't see there being any difference between your PERSONAL money vs. Jap Works' asset unless Jap Works is incorporated.

However, if they were wondering about something like this, THEY should have set up the account and presented you with the money. Let me make it clear on the raffle. I am holding a raffle for a RARE Supra part that can only be bought from me. This raffle will be held at a Supra meet on the 30th. This raffle will not only support the meet, it will also be supporting JAPWorks because I will be donating the proceeds of that raffle to JAPWorks out of (what did you call it?) my own blindness, stupidity, excess of cash in my pocket, low IQ or whatever.

JAPWorks does not have anything to do with this raffle except for knowing that I will be donating the proceeds to them.

Did you read this thread? They were against setting up the paypal until many members asked them to open it so they can help out.

The website? They didn't even put it up. A member bought the domain and set the sight up for them.

This is all a good thing and not only for JAPWorks. It's a community which will help you out when needed. This community will put there own swet and blood into helping you out.

Be proud to be a part of it, unless of course you are one of Joe's friends just trolling.

So I'm not allowed to post in a thread where I smell a scam(japworks) because of a scammer(joe dono)? Basicly, the way I see this according to the first page, joe screwed this guy over, and now...because this guy is so well liked, everyone wants to throw their money to him. Am I getting it wrong?

Everyone is asking for us to "donate" to this guy because he allowed himself to get screwed. If I'm going to "donate" my hard earned cash, I'm going to ask questions and look at things which may be a scam. This guys post count is absurdly low on here, but he may not have been a member before. I don't know. What I DO know is it smells fishy, and if it is...I hope to expose it. If not, then my questions will just enforce it and let others know it's not by bringing out the truth. I don't want the thread locked either. I enjoy the conversation.

 

That's just it....no one is asking you to donate. The people that have donated have done so entirely on their own. You can do the same, or not..but that has nothing to do with JAPWorks.

And pussix is probably a CPA..or someone with income tax-based knowledge. It would give him enough knowledge to ask those questions, but not enough to be worth talking to about this.

Is there anyway to expedite the lien process? Or is it something about giving him his required time to make good..
