Who knows how to find out if he is on probation? He came up to Ocala several times and I'm willing to bet he didn't get permission from his PO if he is on probation. PLUS he filed a police report so I have proof he was here!

What I'm trying to figure out while I'm at work is u would need a work order anyway to keep track of what's being done.I mean what shop wouldn't keep a work order?

 

We kept a work order of what was being done, but being as he lives near Tampa and didn't come up much to see the car he didn't receive a work order every time he added or removed something from the list.

What we don't have is a final work order that he signed. We have one that is put together that he would have received once he paid for the car and it would have shown that he paid for the work in full.

 

I know I am a few pages behind here, but DUDE!!!

Unfortunately, I know how long court takes, and I know it's going to be a while before we see resolution (if we are even updated), but I know how much weight a previous record has in court decisions, so this kid is toast, not to mention he'll be grounded when mommy finds out he's been lying about his sponsors.
