I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

i've actualy seen it before... lol I've seen this guy one time make something kinda like that, but to make sure the intercooler he was going to order was going to fit right, he made it according to the size measurements online, but he took it off like after 5 mins to make sure it was right.

A guy I know took that picture out in KS. Not sure where he was at the time (lawrence?) but he swears it is the real deal and other people in the area have said they have seen the car.
He is hard to tell with but I think he was serious about it.
