Factory Spare Tire/Wheel. I'm sure something rated for high speed was mounted up front.

They are the spare wheels with M&H Front Runner Tires mounted on them. I (Black GTO) use a 1.5" spacer on them so that the stance is still out wide. I'm not sure about the setup of the other one.
