Tint 100% Agree

 

i havent been stopped yet.... and ive had it on all my cars since 99

 

yeah but what percent? some cops have the stick up their ass and pull you over for 20% which is technically the darkest legal (last i remember unless they raised it), but you can get away with 15, and any lower than that it gets stupid hard to see out at night on some streets

 

double limo is retarded. I am all for tint though, I dont know how people dont like it, I think it makes the car look 10x better, not to mention your not getting sunburn sitting at the traffic light..

 

i dont know what the base is it was on when i got the car i imagine its between 20 - 30 percent... but i installed another layer of 15 percent on top of that.... the legal limit for flroida is 28% ....

 

oh. well yeah 20-28%, it varies by brand of tint. some 20's may be darker or lighter. i had 20 on my jetta and it seemed really light, and now on my civic its supposed to be 15, but it may be 20 and it seems darker. i just need to take it to my friends tint shop and have them meter it and see

 

yea well i guess it depends on what kind of car you have. honda ftl

lol i even had it on my 91 civic hatch and my 99 prelude.. no problems, i have it on my 02 GTI now no problems...

 

i got 5% all the way around looks like its painted black since i have a black car
