yeah there is a price difference but, im one of those guys were if you set me right the first time ill stick around. Ive been to a couple of shops where they dont give feedback or good customer service. Ive also been to a shop where the half assed my car. So i would pay a little more if i know its a sure thing. Ive been to amazon hoses a couple of times and i only work with one guy..If im not sure about something custom made he'll let me take it home and double check before making the final product. Service like that and piece of mind is worth a little more.

idkkkk the guys at goodyear always did right on this stuff i bought from them for my truck. theyre all pretty laid back in there and the price difference is alot not just a little and when your talkign alot PER FOOT it really makes a difference especially when id go buy 50ft of line. but whatever floats your boat just throwing money away unless you at least try it. btw the people i have spoken to at amazon were ASSHOLES and 3 of them didnt know what the hell i was talking about when I asked about some stainless steel teflon line.

Heh, they were pretty good to me. I guess the prices might be steep. Does Goodyear have a giant warehouse full of every hose and fitting you can think of right there though? I'll check that out next time..thanks

pretty much you walk in and your surronded by trays full fittings each tray has like 30 of the same fitting.. basically any fitting you need they have there and then all the line is stored in the little warehouse thing on the side. they have a overstock of pretty much anything you need.

I got a clutchline with the proper banjo fittings for $31 after tax and they knew what they were talking about and doing at Amazon in Brandon...only took about 10 minutes too.

what kinda line and how long? still doesnt matter call and compare prices they murder amazon i compared with a bunch of hoses and fittings when i called because I am the type to go to 2 places if the price is better for one thing at one place and better for the other part at another place. this thread wasnt made to argue about which is better goodyear is. end of story they know what theyre doing and the prices are better. i dont care who swings on amazons nuts I used to buy lines and fittings like water with my airride.

I've always had good luck with Amazon and prices were usually on par with what I would have paid buying from car-specific shops on the internet, only the stuff was in my hands right then and there. I might check out Goodyear the next time I need something just to see how they compare but I have no complaints about Amazon.

Well customer service is something - and the folks at Amazon are very knowledgable - I've had 2 fuel lines and two oil lines done there - they do top level work. Good to know there is another source out there -
