actually, Nissans, mazdas, and Toyotas were first. You guys probably don't remember, but the mid-late 80's saw the mini-truck fad. After they were no longer cool, you saw plenty of busted up mini-trucks running around in the 90's.

 

theres a difference now. these cars are just like the nissans where multi colored OEM pieces are put back on.

 

since when did nissans get a bad rap? mines been about to blow up since i got it a year ago but still runs and is actually kinda quick unlike hondas.

Edit: Im not sayin it isn't a piece of shit but at least all body parts are original.

My Golf is painted all one color

 

well i think no matter who started it 1st, it looks absolutely ridiculous. Either put it on the day before it gets painted or dont put it on at all, riding around with a body kit that is a different color then the car looks like shit
