we should be picking the car up monday. Break in the motor, dyno/tune ect.
My old mans pretty pumped.

ooh man i completly for got about this car when i talked to tyou last....they have had that bitch a awhile. looks dead sexy!

i think a drive to tampa would make a nice break in.

I remember his engine tear-down pics where the engine split into six individual cylinders, which people said was like an aircraft engine. His engine totally disassembled broke into so many individual parts... it was amazing. Totally different level of complexity from my little DSM and 240 stuff- it almost makes me want to get a Porsche just so I can take it apart and see how it ticks.

Thread starter- Very nice car. More details on the build? I could swear I've seen you post about that car before but it was a long time ago.

The estimate is 4-5 pages long. I havent seen it in about 4 months. The details might be off. So, here is a just woke up after 4 hours of sleep summary: (found it)

highlights:

Motor build for more boost/strength
headers
eshaust 4 inch
hybrid garret turbo

inducer pipe system

full width i/c
custom cams
valve springs/titanium retainers
port heads:intake and exhaust
billet injector blocks/injectors
carbon/kevlar clutch
the oil line update
oil drip tank

suspension:
front torsion bar
coilover setup
shocks
adjustable sway bars (F/R)
front strutbrace

Brakes:
rotors/pads/SS lines

misc:
54 row custom oil cooler
factory 16x9 rear wheels and 4 proxie T1-R
boost gauge in place of clock
(so much little stuff done as well)

after break in:
decent cage
RS door panel

the work was done by Prototech in Ft Lauderdale.
car is here in SE florida.
