Honda grand prix!!

okay. last time i looked on the website i didnt see it. It was something the whole crowd really enjoyed and I was wondering why they would have done away with it. Glad to see the website was wrong. Is it going to be the usual maxxis cars like the past two years? Or did they actually get some local people in on it this year. I know last year they had one car out from XAT(if memory serves me correctly). They had the 2 Maxxis s14s and the Braile 350. Can't remember who else. Would like to see some more locals this year...

Its boxmod in the orange 240, it has xat stickers on it. Harri from Ter-Tech in the BMW.

Yea it was filled up at least a month ago, they decked all the cars out in custom vinyl to promote the race too. One of my customers will be there in his blue one.

Drifting Exhibition Returns to Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg
For the third year, the WDC Drift Exhibition will return to entertain race fans at the Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg. Ten teams are scheduled to hit the 1.8-mile Honda Grand Prix race circuit this week. Drifting exhibitions are set for Friday, April 4 at 12:20 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. and Sunday, April 7 at 9:15 a.m. Drifting is rapidly becoming one of the most popular attractions in motorsports and has grown from an underground, alternative racing phenomenon to a competitive international series of events held all around the world.
I only know of 3?

Looked at this years schedule online and didnt see drifting scheduled. I have been going for the past 3 years, and it is one of the events I wait for all year. I went the fist time when they had SCCA, now they have replaced it with LeMans which is still incredibly bad ass, but i liked the SCCA more personally. I would suggest renting a radio all weekend! You can listen to the drivers and pit crew durring races. Had one last year for the LeMans race and it made it so much more intens ethan just sitting there watching them run around the track.
I wish I could go this year, but I have no dollars. For anyone interested the track is nearly completly set up! If anyone is interested in going for a drive!

Tried to hit it up last night but they hafe closed off most of the streets now. Its okay though. They still have it up for a few days after the races. . . Photoshoot sounds like a good idea!!!

The s2ki parade lap filled up in less than 5 minutes about two months ago.. I had the alarm clock on my phone set for the exact time it opened up weeks before, and I'm still second to last 
We are doing two parade's this year.. one is Thursday night in downtown St. Pete with many VIPs and Drivers, the other is of course on Sunday around the track before the race. Also, we are all gonna be at the Hard Rock Casino tomorrow night at 5:30 with Danica and some other drivers for a charity RC car race and photoshoot. Expect 30+ s2k's to show up to that one.
