for 60k i would expect more than just a toy which is all that car looks like to me. A very fast toy, but a toy none the less. I'll take 6 liter bikes instead. for 20-25k it'd be sweet. for 60 you can kiss my ass...

Regarind Orion's request for more torque, it strikes me the same as other automatic and ill considered criticisms of small discplacement four cylinder engines.

The obsurdity is we have here a car that gets from 0-60 in 3.5 seconds - faster than about any production car on Earth and faster than many race cars, a remarkable achievment from an engine that, as Orion says, is "torqueless."

I'm betting tire spin on the current configuration is quite enough to deal with, so go ahead and drop in something heavier and with more torque to aggravate the problem. With some effort, we can probably get that 0-60 time up to about 4 seconds.

nice car, but im not really a fan of verts while im flying through curves and such. just me tho.

and the 50-60k sounds like a lot but thats the cost of fab work/designe etc.

does it come with a lifetime supply of inner cv joints? the way the inners are kicked back so much I can see them going out rather frequently. Maybe its just the pictures though.

 

adding torque to this car would only make it slower. no torque=traction
