check this out...Cleaning an Intake Manifold i guess this oxisolv crap is supposed to clean it? but i guess u cant get it locally? aircraft remover? lol sounds illegal....do they sell it in local stores?

Cast aluminum is almost always waay to porus for chemical cleaners, you'll need to blast it with some sort of media.
