HELP!!! spark plug question
That sure as hell looks like di-electric grease to me.....
and to get them off, usually a good twist helps break the boots free, theres also a tool that helps grip the boot at the bottom.

after two hours I finished. Twisting helped, screaming helped. I also rocked the engine forward and backwards and hit the ebrake to get a little more room.

any import guy that claims that needs to go look at Mistubishi Montero. The intake has to come off to do 5 outta the 6 plugs
