just by driving almost all of them (no on the 135 and older sti not the new one) i'd go 335 or the m3

for your worries insurance on M cars isn't that bad and you can always put lsd on to the 335 if after driving it for a while you think you have to have it.

I am a total BMW guy, but it's just too much money. I think i'm going with the G37... later on when i'm a baller i'll just get e92 V8 m3... I still have all the time in the world to have a sick car.

shit, ppl would kill to have the G37, its a great car!

I just dont want to spend the extra $ right now. Not yet. And i will probably still be driving alot and puting half a trillion miles on it. It'll be better in the Infiniti.

im interested in seeing what the 135i can do. its supposedly a "back to basics" bmw, which should make it more of a drivers car. i have read that they dialed in a ton of understeer to keep it safe, but that can probably be corrected easily enough. depending on how it does, that would be my choice on a semi-budget.

yeah, i am totally not a fan of volvo, no offense, but AWD is out for me. It is a nice car tho, i liked them when they first came out with the R, the fact that volvo is getting rid of the S60R and the manual transmissions for that matter is a little troubling.

if you're looking for an used STi, I would get the 07 STi Limited in white or gray..... but if you have money to blow away, Bimmer is where its at!

Yeah thats why I said above, if you could afford the bimmer then I'd get that.. you said you could then couldnt....

but yeah, the G seems like a pretty cool car, I just don't personally like the nissan group.

What about a standard M3? The ZCP package is nice, but in all honesty, The standard M has limitations are higher then I could ever push.

ZCP

- 13.6 brakes in fron instead of 12.7, Rears are the same size. (this is also an upgrade you can do yourself later, if you want)

- 14.5 steering radius to 15.4.

- Slightly stiffer suspension. But from what Ive read 05 and up got the same suspension as the ZCP. Not sure where it comes from, but Im guessing the bushings and shocks. Coilovers put both back on a level playing field.

Im pretty happy with my braking and handling as it is. Only thing I will probably do is swap to a better brake pad and upgrade my RTAB/FCABs.

You could save a few Gs that way. ZCP is usually about 3-5k more.

I vote S60R... but I'm biased :o

The 335 is impressive in it's performance and growing aftermarket... but the entire 3-series is way too common for me. I'd pay the premium for the BMW over the Infiniti, because it's probably money you'll make up if you ever sell it.
