Kaizenspeed customer service
i just purchased a set of Balance shaft eliminators for my new engine for Kaizenspeed, and when i ordered they seemed like a good company, nothing shady on there website or anything, so i ordered and now i'm waiting for my stuff to come in
anyways, driving around tonight and i get a phone call from a number i don't recognize, and an area code i have no clue of
well it turns out, its the guy from Kaizenspeed calling and asking if my part came in, because apparently it should have been there. and i told him no, or not that i knew of because i wasn't home. so he said ok, and told me to call him back when it came in and if i had any questions with installation to call them up
the part itself was only $125, but quite honestly, i'm already impressed with it and havn't received it. i'm sure they do much larger orders then mine, but the fast that they took the time out to call me and ask me was just over the top, i wish more companies had the courtesy. unlike my order from King Motorsports, i got an email saying my order went through and that they would give mea followup email, and that never came

i got the part from king yesterday, it came USPS
but i havn't gotten the part from Kaizenspeed, saturday delivery is extra, and they don't deliver on sunday, so i imagine tomorrow i'll be getting them
anyone else get good customer service like this?

I wouldn't blame them for the lengthy amount of time it took to get there... it was afterall the busiest time of the year for shipping companies. I know my new headlight housings for my mom's car took about a week to get here. I expected that though, because I ordered them on friday right before the christmas weekend off of an Ebay store.
