If you need to pay for some crap like this to keep yourself out of trouble,
1) this is advertising your an easy target.
2) you don't need to be on the streets in the first place causing all sorts of ruckus because you may believe your special over everyone else and laws don't pertain to you

IMO This almost deserves a negative rep for the act of being the most Gullible.
