Default And A Good Time Was Had By Allllllll!

I went up to the NPR cruise-in on Sunday and it was off the Hook! If you missed it, here's a brief run down of highlights.......

For the sound test,
They had cars lined up, in the parking lot, put a microphone in the window while the driver cranked up the bass, with a meter outside on a table. Pretty routine stuff until the Honda hatch hit "The Button" and the bass blew out the back window onto the hood of the Cadillac that was next in line. The hatch driver turned around, said Holy S..t!, tossed the mic back out the window and did a burn out through the South exit!

Later on, after his sound test, the green mustang driver gunned it up the hill and out of the parking lot exit onto highway 19, where he was soundly t-boned by a jacked-up 4wd pickup truck.

When the Fire Truck and Pasco County Fire Rescue arrived and wheeled the gurney into the store, I said, "Man, that has GOT to be a mistake!".

Later on a motorcycle cruised South on Highway 19 on his rear wheel from the time he came into view until he disappeared from sight. The guy standing next to me said to Brian, "Did you see that wheelie?"
Brian says, "Aww man, they do that all the time. This is Highway 19!".
After five motorcycles drove by on the rear wheel, looking like the
X-treme Cycles Demo Team, no one was noticing all the wheelies anymore.

For those people who left early, Man did you miss the show! Several guys cranked up their music and three long-legged short shorts chicks climbed on top of the Audiopipe trailer and started dancing. First they tossed ball point pens into the audience and no one noticed.

They tossed T-shirts into the audience and no one noticed.

The three chicks took off THEIR OWN T-shirts and tossed THEM into the audience.........and EVERY BODY NOTICED.

Cars were slamming on their brakes on Highway 19, and sliding out into the grass median, and driving down the grass shoulder! It was a SHOW!

About the time that three Deputy Sheriffs arrived, I thought the most
honorable thing for me to do was to quietly leave the scene, but unfortunately 50 other cars had the same idea at the same time, and it looked like a scene from Fast and Furious...............

I thought it best to rapidly get the Senor Honda mobile outta there, to avoid discussing anything with the man, so I made a very quiet exit.........and since I wasn't looking for
trouble, ................I cautiously drove down the sidewalk................

And Woooo Hoooo! a good time was had by all........ -Bob

The stupid shenanigans at car meets can be more entertaining than the meets themselves.
