i dont think a bank out there would give someone a loan just to have money lol, and .70 over is ALOT! lol that would be like a 2.8ltr 4cyl lol, but y would u spend 13k on an intergra anyways

 

a loan is "debt" but it's not a negative kind of debt, so why not? also loans build credit history
