Sorry for the long delay. I was thinking it through all day at when I could have possibly happened because I took my bike to a boot camp class the morning it happened and it was on 275 where it was traffic. I only got on it on fourth street right on the 275 merger to pass this dubass driving half on the road half on the median (probably looking over his shoulder to see wen he could merge). I haven't heard anything this weekend at all. I also was wondering why they didn't just call my cell instead of my work or come to the class and talk to me after my work told them where I was. Also another thing that just seemed odd is how they could have gotten my plate number on my bike because if he was that close I would have known he was there (sirens and lights). So I think someone was pulling my leg and I am going to brush it off but I ill let you know if I hear anything else and I may stil call them on Monday to see whats up.

On A side note I was involved in the accident on 4th street and Gandy where a silver car Plowed into a van that was next to me and ended up getting hit so hard it hit the side of my jeep and a truck behind the van slammed on the brakes and hit the back. Felt so bad for the people in the van because that van gt destroyed!!! I brit was driving the silver car ad ran a red light. The babies in the van had airbag dust all over them and would not stop screaming the whole time the cops there there. Ok back to my point, They ran my drivers liscence and nothing came up so I would think that if the HP thing was true there would have been a flag.

There has to be more to this story and I understand why it's not a good idea to give details in advance of the trial. I hope he will at some point he allowed to tell us, though.
