Batt relocation takes nothing, extremely easy to do, just need a lot of wire to do it. While you're at it, upgrade that wiring from the puny 15-12ga wires to something like 2ga or larger.
If you're worried about gas venting, get a sealed AGM battery, something like an Optima redtop. They are sealed batteries, you can mount them anywhere and HOWEVER you want (upside down too!) and don't have to worry about that. The redtops also give more efficient power, better than your 50 dollar walmart battery anyways.

LOGIC? You seriously want to invoke logic in a conversation about fake hijackings, missiles hitting the pentagon, and bombs planted throughout the world trade center? I thought it was a given that logic was checked at the door when entering one of these threads.

I got a boat battery box and secured it behind my passenger seat on the floor and I don't see any track official having problems with it.

spoons right and wrong! iput batts in the back of two cars one i made the kit the other i got form a race shop the stuff i bought was the same as the stuf i got in the kit so after i got the kit thinking i was getting something better i was not impressed ! the big thing is that you have it bolted down realy good and you vent the gases out the bottom batt fumes are not good .. you don't always got to got buy a kit if you ask question before you buy the stuff ..o also big wire if you can your changing the distance from the batt to the motor

I'm not going to put the battery in the trunk. I'm going with the JMfabrication small battery kit.
