Ticket Question *construction zone*
So if you get a ticket for speeding through a construction zone at 1 am at night when no workers are present can they double your fine? As far as I understood its only when workers are present that they can double your fine. Any input or statues that you guys can help out with?

u kinda answered it yourself i do believe if no workers are present then the fines arent doubled

well i know he wasnt...but some cops do add it on there for shits and giggles if there are no workers there
