aluminum probably just means you have to have to sleeve it to handle as much power as the 4g63 did.

does not matter though, who fucking needs all those driving aids and electronic crap?

People need to learn how to goddamn drive

that thing loaded up will end up being about 3500 lbs.

with a small 2.0 liter engine.

I hope not...current Evos are 3200-3300 IIRC..I'll be happy if its under 3100 though.

But yeah the driving aids arent like traction control bullshit so much as it is better splicing the power between what wheels need it the most. Probably a lot easier to drive at 9/10s and above with that stuff..I'm okay with it as long as it DOESNT impede my actual driving..also if you can turn it off to drive the difference

NACA ducts have been on other cars, and frankly, I'm surprised they havent been used more often

Not really feeling the front for some reason with the hood. Chances are it will wind up growing on me though.

Unfortunately, no manual transmission will be offered in the models we're going to get in the states with the new EVO. It's all semi-auto with paddle shifters. It's not necessarily a bad thing, but hardcore EVO fans, and previous owners, will find it takes the fun and effort out of driving. Its also a bit more powerful and heavier. It has been tested to be slower than the previous generation. The best time I've seen out of the new EVO, via testing, is a 14.0@98mph.

At least it looks good.
