theres more to life than a pretty car. ive been in your shoes , and i realized its a waste of time and effort to try and maintain a nice car on the roads in FL . if i lived in MI i would prbly take better care of my vehicles.. but not in the state where you cant even leave it in your own drive without kids somehow scratching it .. i will not put a daily driver in my garage either .

i like to keep my stuff nice. i pay decent money to have nice stuff, so why not. i have no problems doing so, and it relaxes me being able to do what i do best, at my own pace and have the luxury of looking back at it when its done and saying to myself "that looks fucking nice". i have detailed my car since it rolled off the lot 7 years ago, and is in better shape than 99% of the 5/6/7 series that come into my dealership after being taken home and come in for the first oil service.

and i dont see why you wouldnt put a daily in the garage. it still gets cold here, dew is always on it in the mornings, and just keeping it out the elements as long as you can will keep it nicer longer without any extra effort

you may call it a waste of time, i really don't care.

I used to be a detailer through HS & then College. I def. have issues when it comes to a clean car.
I have a water purifier @ home along with a water softner. I wash the cars twice a week & polish them every 3 months.

As far as products go the best of the shelf product is Prob NXT liquid followed by the paste. NXT gives the look of Zaino @ a much much lower cost.
ICE is ok but it's durability does suck. The think that I love about ice is you can use it on pretty much anything. It is great for detailing under the hood.

When I am really going for the showroom look I always use Wolfgang anymore. With Klasse along with s100 running a close second.

Nothing does the job better for the money than a good old PC.

These are with Klasse & S100...
