Should I trade the hatch for this??
I'd go rx7.With all the nice hondas getting stolen nowadays you never know when yours is going to be taken.
RX7 FTW!
RX7 FTW!

where the pistons are ...... lol
Didnt feel like reading the whole thread. So here it is, If you want reliable Ide stick with the civic. If want a rwd monster trade. But the fact of modifying an Rx-7 gets costly and chancy with replacing seats. Or catching a bad port because no port = no power. You could put a 302 in one since its a ford owned company anyway. But it is a vert and will need to be stiffened to really hold the 302. Your civic can be more reliable both modified and stock. So like I said, and most 7 enthusiasts will. if you want a money pit go for the 7.

why would you ever want a convertable? it might be stiffer than the coupe(which i doubt) but its also going to be heavier and then you also have to worry about leaks and maintaining the top. f' that. keep the hatch. it seems like more trouble than its worth imo.
Well, it is a stiffer chassis, do some research. The vert only weighs about 250-300lbs more as well. So yeah, the vert is a cool car, and I decided to go with a newer model civic anyway so I guess this whole debate is needless now.
its a nice car and all of that but i think u should stick with the hatch, uve probably put out alot of work into the hatch and u should stay with it
