Car conundrum...
Okay I know we havent played this in a while...the game where someone asks an obscure automotive question of history etc. and people try to guess, the winner asks one himself and so on until a bunch of people answer at the same time, all of which get it right because the question happened to be easy and so they all ask easier questions...etc.

i'm not exactly sure if i understand this game correctly, but i am drunk and pretty sure im correct ,so i will go ahead and leave a question also.
A: BMW 123d diesel twin turbo .
Q: what infamous world leader concieved the idea of the "people's car" Volkswagen?
