maybe its just me, but if someone runs into my car and then hauls ass and i catch up to them. they arent going to get a middle finger out the window, thats for fucking sure.

 

this happened to me once. i was in my 240 and about to pull into a gas station when this fucking brown van rear ends meinto the gas station.

he slowed, and i thought he woudl stop then he floored it. i was pissed and chased him. i got him and his tag, but he drove off. when the cops arrived they said i coudlnt do anything becasue they traced it to a woman ownder, but it was a man driving it. what exatcly do i do. i filed charges, but this havent got any news on it yet...

it was a large brown/tan old looking 1999 GMC van.

Call the police and tell them that after the accident you experienced horrible, consistent neck pain and a chronic migraine. Get them to find him, sue the motherfucker, and enjoy the rest of your rich-ass life.

But not really. Don't call the cops, they won't do shit. He can just deny it, and the legal process isn't worth the outcome.

Hope he dies in a gas fire.
