I am curious as to where the money will come from.
I would guess alot of private testing facilities.
Which would be fine because you can grease some hands for a sticker.

What would this mean for everyone that has non-OEM swaps done?

And will they notify your insurance company of any modifications you have done?

This could get ugly.

if its anything like cali then alot of people are phucked..
i just moved to cali and the laws are crazy... ok so u could pay 300 to have your car pass smog testing but if a cop pulls u over he can ask u to pop your hood and sight you for any non oem parts minus the carb appoved ones.. then u could get sent to a state ref who will check your car from top to bottem and he'll deam part legal or illeagal..then u go b4 a judge and he might give u a 30 day pass to get your car fixed..
if u have anything done to your car sell it b4 u move to cali
and hope the laws arent that bad when thay hit Fl
