emissions testing
So pretty much production vehicles 2009+ heading to Florida to be sold will have to be built just like the California vehicles. Am I understanding this right?
Everyone seems to be into this greenhouse environmental movement now it's stupid. They should be worried about emissions inland not the outskirt states of the U.S.
Oh well, their trying to push energy effecient light bulbs and all this other who-ha nonsense. I'll continue to show my support by buying the cheaper light bulbs inorder to afford a gallon of milk. They don't see how more costly its being on people to help the environment.

I forgot to add this won't last. FL tried this before and Miami was too corrupt so FL dropped the plan; however, if need be Miami will be the place for your inspection papers for all the sr/rb/ls1 240's
I just scanned through the article and it sounds like very broad, high level stuff. The power plants have to reduce CO2, government agencies will have to buy more fuel efficient cars, cars sold in FL in 2009 will have to be special CA cars, etc. Not one bit about smogging cars, etc. Crist isn't dumb. He wants to "be" green but not betray the 75% hillbilly population of FL with fuel leaks and no exhaust.
