Colin, former Racing Intergration, closed shop and is now in the vehicle transportation business. Seems to be a very lucrative business and fairly easy if you like to drive. Him and his friend both started with a dullay pulling a fifth wheel, but his friend has now upgraded to an actual hauler.
Sorry to keep rambling about something that I have no input on, but I personally think that it's a very good business to get into. I think the most important issue is insurance, once you have that, I think everything will eventually fall into place. I am sure there are plenty of brokerage firms online that brokers to smaller companies and indivduals like yourself.

thats good!
i was doing some research and some truckers said that id be better off with a wrecker/rollback to start, and thats what i think im gonna go for now.
18000 a year for 2 trucks, ouch! but i bet it pays off!

thanks for the info man! rep'd
My mums boyfriend used to run for a place called M.E.D, he is now starting his own business. He bought a dulley and a 5th wheel. I would say That is your best bet to start, You wont need a CDL but you will still need insurance. He is talking to the companies he used to haul cars for about hauling their cars. Like said before its a very good business and some very very good money could be made.
