How To Get Wheel Locks Off!

well i got it off .. i went to napa and they had a tool that takes off old rounded lug nuts so 30$ and no return on it i got the tools and got the lugs off .. o this was the factory mazda locks,went to mazda too, they said that they needed the key code # on the lock to replace it ?? ya that stupid !! so after telling them if you lost the key how could you get the number they said sorry ?? wtf

but new splined lugs and about two hours of work there off and the drama is over

you can also get a lock set similar to your and hammer the lock on and take the lug off.

one of my friend also said a min ago that i could of use a old socket and hammerd it on the over the lug and that would took it off

Sears sells a whole socket set designed to do exactly what you needed, Ive had to use it on three of my friends cars.

I have those locks that auto zone and pep boys sells, their a joke seriously because they all have the same key. I want to find some locks online that aren't sold locally so it adds a bit more difficultly in getting them off.

if you spend enough money you can get wheel locks that aren't your everyday autozone.they make kits that are more of a one-off lock lug,just cost more.

I have several locking lug removal tools, but looks like you solved the problem.
