I mean i'm just wondering.....because going to the honda/acura meet i seen alot of cars that i would imagine were expensive as hell to modify....turbo integra type r's, impreza wrx's, lancer evolutions etc. So the here's the question, do you race at all after you've boosted/modified your engine to the point where you're barely able to use pump gas or do you spend all this time and money on your car just so you can use it as a Daily Driver and go speed around town getting tickets.....discuss.

you bet your ass i race! i love it. my truck used to be my daily driver till last year when i bought another car.... then another... then another. i've got 2 projects going and a couple of daily drivers. i just can't seem to leave well enough alone. i've got most of my parts gathered to modify the sho. i'll be redoing all of the suspension and i've decided to use one of the spare turbos i've got on it too.

i went to sunshine when my 00ex was my daily driver, but i prefer my races with turns in them.

i occasionally make it to some local drift events when i feel like it. but i have also competed in battle of the imports and imports vs domestics when i lived in maryland when i used to be into drag racing
