Default Harbor Freight 115v Welder?

Ive been toying with the idea of getting a welder for little things.

Harbor Freight is having a sale on their 115v 90amp Flux Wire Welder. Mig or Not.

For the price of $119, what do you guys think about it?

Matt

Its not an arc welder, its flux core wire feed, aka gasless mig. The HF one may be able to add gas if desired (some do).

I dont have the HF one, but I have a Speedway 115v 125amp flux core. Works good for small jobs, great if you are just starting out and need the practice. It will do up to 1/4" or so once you get good with it. I use it to tack things together, but I wouldnt stake my life on it though.

dont waste your money on crap that will only disappoint u..i wouldnt trust a weld out of that freight crap..ill look at what im using to do my 6g pipe tomorrow to give more ideas
