Question just everones .02

Well I live in fort myers. I am hopefully about to start a shop next month. I want to do a project vehicle to show people what the shop is all about. Well I usually do mustangs and old fords. I just cant decide if i should do a 62 f100 i found one of my mustangs or get another import and build that. What does everyone think would be best for the first of many shop cars.

well do u have a specialty or do u know how to do everything? also what clientele are u going for? imports such as hondas and DSM's are for the most part gonna be aimed at more kids to people in thier 20's i would say u could say the same for some chevys and fords but they are less appealing to younger kids because they are usually a little more expensive to build, heavier, and harder to make "sound" fast. if i were gonna do a import i would do a higher end import or a rare one. EX: supra or maybe a turbo starion i always thought those were really cool. and if i were gonna do a domestic EX: maybe like a really nice 90's mustang cobra. anyway man just my .02 cents and a little bit of my taste.

well i am young and im going for all the clientel i can get lol i am really into muscle but i have done some imports. I work at a custom shop right now. I have a couple different stangs that i have built that will also be at the shop to show what can be done. I might have my bike done by then also. I am thinking about either that old f100 or like you said a high end import to show we do everything. from lifted trucks to lowered trucks muscle cars to imports. drag racing to drifting.

well i think ive made up my mine. I will have my jeep some of my stangs and then start on the 62 f100 I think that will show some of what we can do. After the f100 is done i will do a import to let everyone know that im for imports also

do what you know. dont advertise you doing imports, then essentially put your foot into your mouth. if your good with ford, stick with ford. old people like their muscle, and they usually dont want to do the work themselves so they will pay.

for a good car, to be honest, for a good shop car, i would get and new style supra, mk4 like a 98. na-T it and make it a bad ass looking car. also, its an inline 6 so u can kinda get a badass car, and a little domesti out of it.
