Article on Honda theft in Central Florida
speaking of this topic. ive been working in tampa for about three months. i go to wendys almost every day for lunch. there has been a honda parked at the back of the parking lot the whole time. at first i didnt think anything of it. it was in the same spot without moving everyday.
then the tire was flatabout 1.5 months ago and it still didnt move. so i was convinced it was left there. then today i noticed the rear tail lighyts were gone.(after market) so i decied to walk over to the car and look inside. the front seats were missing.
anyway now im thinking it was stolen and left there. it is a 97ish honda coupe. dark green. stickers on the windows, i think street glow is what they said. bright lime green interior. motegi rims. itsgotabunch ofbody damage. if anyone knows this car let me know and ill tell you where it is.

I set my car up with a security ecu conversion harness. Basically I mixed a bunch of wires up on the car harness side and then sent them back to their right locations in the conversion harness. I take the conversion harness with me and the car will not start without it. If someone did try to "fix" the wiring it would literally take a service manual, multi meter, and about 2 hours of time. CAr also has an alarm, and multiple kill switches. The only way to steal my car is with a tow truck and at that point there really is nothing you can do about it but try some ind of GPS device which should be located in something the theives would actually take out of the car when they strip it, like inside a nice pair of seats or hidden in the engine wiring harness or something like that. For example you can take the factory iab box on a gsr and hide a gps device in there.

I supply parts and work with a veteran alarm installer and he has shown me how to disable 99% of the alarms out there including lowjack. The 1% being owners stay in thier car or put a dog inside.I say the best alarm is one created by yourself or taking your ecu.Unless they have a tow truck without a ecu they usually cant drive it away.
i just take my steering wheel with me wherever i go.. aside from the alarms and kills...

i preffer not to install alarms
I do have a real time gps traking on my car, very affordable.
If it was to get stolen, first id look the car up online then, would follow them to their house and:
let them do what ever they wanted with the car
then i would
find out their schedule
stalk them
kill their their dog/cat
burn their house down
break their legs, arms and leave them in their front yard
maybe id call the cops after
maybe
