has anyone seen the cop car with the dummy in it on california, things like 3 ft tall and wearing a hat

 

i always see those things, the dummys are always sitting in a fucked up position

 

Yep, we had those in lakeland for a while. They would always be in the old/retired cop cars. Nobody took them serious, people around here always fucked with the car.

 

theres a cop car sitting on cortez blvd. no dummy inside though.

 

Im going to do a rolling burnout right next to it and put the video on you-tube...
