Default cnc flanges?

i need a set of head flanges for a 2007 g35. i havn't gotten the gasket yet, but i probably will tomarrow. i can put them in cad (dwg file) and then i'll need them cut. not sure if the ports are different from earlyer 350z or g35.

anybody know where i can get a set cut for under $150 in less then a week?

i usually deal with bmc, however i can't wait a month to get them.

any help would be great.

that will work too. cnc comes out a little nicer, not to mention a lot of places can't make a quality pass with 1/2" steel.

i'll give them a call today. thanks

yeah, seems like a lot to me also. i know using the thicker stuff will help keep the whole thing from warping from the heat, but all i do is run tacks all around, kinda like tightening a tire down. then add more till i know that bitch wont flex, then burn her in. but im not trying to tell you how to do anything at all, ive seen your work and its great man, you are doing a good job.

but i know for a fact ive seen it with my own eyes, 3/4" steel with their water jet and only a fraction of a degree of taper, it was incredible. i could barely register anything on my caliper

but with 1/2", you will def have to have them waterjetted. i think they only go up to 1/4" with the laser.

they do top notch work. i had them cut a shit ton of stuff for our formula and baja this year. everything from tabs, brake rotors, ARB mounts, steering rack mounts, swing arm etc

no offense guys, but i've been making turbo manifolds for about 5 years now.

1/2 mild steel is the way to go.

bmc had one set, so i had them shipped today.

i'll post up some pictures of them when i get them. you'll get an idea of what i'm talking about.

i'll try your guy in the future though. definatly nice to have people.
