Another trim level without a power increase?
What is nissan thinking?
I hate them.

well..it looks nice...and as far as powe increase concern..
a bit disappointed..
i know this is us market..but in japan..they have power
restriction on their domestic cars...280HP max on any oem stock domestic cars...so maybe thats the reason?

....maybe you're forgetting that all 2007 350Z's got a power increase?? The New VQ35HR makes 306hp in all trim level 350Z's, up from 300hp in the Rev-Up equipped VQ35DE's in 2006 (and up from 287hp in 2005 on non-Track models).

The gentleman's 280hp agreement in Japan is long gone. In Japan, Nissan will sell you a 350Z -> 380RS (or something like that) that makes 380hp with a 3.7L VQ. A little expensive though.

you rag on nissan yet you drive a honda?makes no sense.and its nismo not nizmo.

back on topic.the car is ugly.they need to stop coming out with these "versions" of the 350z that just add front lips and spoilers with no true power increase.if they came out with a version in the us with fully adjustable nismo suspension and a turbo kit it would sell faster.
+/-450hp z>306hp z with ugly lips/spoilers.

edit:gt-s is exactly what I mean.gt-ftw

hahah
we put a 350 with a full nismo package on the dyno the other day and it only made 242 to the wheels, sounds like money well spent for 45thousand
