Default SAFC 2 or AFC Neo

SAFC 2 or AFC Neo

that is the question. I've found that i can get the safc2 for about 225 bucks shipped new or nearly new or i can get a brand new Neo for 330 shipped.

my question is, for what i need, which suits my needs better. if i can save the 100 bucks and just go with the SAFC2, then cool i'll use the extra 100 bucks on something else.

my main question is, I've searched and all i can find is the standard apexi description that doesn't really tell me a whole lot, so what are the main advantages of the Neo over the SAFC 2?

I'm going to be installing it on a 1999 subaru legacy 2.5GT for the purpose of controlling my A/F ratios while i'm using the zex nitrous kit.

I'm not wanting to exceed the 50shot nozzle.

the only main advantage i've found on my own was that it has integrated Vtec control.....well i don't have a honda so i don't care about that.

so. any help would be a big step in the right decision

i could be wrong...but is it really that necessary for just a 50 shot? also doesnt the zex come with something that will help if theres a decrease in fuel compared to nitrous? im no expert just trying to help get this thing rolling for you.

yeah there is a brain of sorts, but i'd rather have a redundancy setup in place, something a lil more reliable.

my main question is wether or not its worth the extra 100 bucks for the NEO vs the SAFC2

honestly for what you are shooting for..i would rather get the safc2 and use the 100 bucks on an FPR or Fuel pressure gauge...maybe a wide band 02sensor?
