HIN Nightshift
My apologies in advance if this topic does not belong here. So I've talked to a bunch of people about it and the radio stations that are announcing it are giving the impression that it is a pitbull concert and there's just going to be a bunch of cars there. What they dont realize is that he will only sing two songs and he's out. The reason I bring it up is because I'm wondering is, when they are gauging for future events to bring to our area will they see that may be more interested in the music aspect of the event and not bring us another Nightshift event. Some of you may not be aware(or care) but action media who bring these events has different events from HIN, VIP auto Fashion, HID - Hot import Daze, and Nightshift. Which each of those events showcases different aspects of the sport compact culture. I would much rather see drifting than walking around and looking at cars that I may never get to own. I have worked at a HIN events and am very much looking forward to seeing how the Nightshift plays out. This seems almost like useless chatter but to sum it all up make sure if you go your not only there to see Pitbull but are there to also support some of the local drifters that will be out there. And let those wild radio stations know that its not a concert.
Yeah, but this thread is completely different than the previous one.
And I agree with you, because one of my friend's is only going to see Pitbull!
So, she's paying $25 to hear two songs!

That thread has nothing to with what I'm talking about. I'm talking about how it's being advertised as a concert. So I believe that turnout will be great for like 6 minutes, the duration of 2 songs. Just don't only want people to go for him and then the next time they come here all we get is a car show.
$25 for two songs is a little steep IMO.

i barely listen to the radio, but 987 is really pushing it as a concert? alot of people is going to be disapointed. i never understood the facination with HIN, some of those cars are ugly and retarded as fuck most dont even drive, the majority of peeps there are horny asian kids with thumb tents poking through thier pants gawking at the models. the only good thing about it is it might support some of the local drifting talent. give me a good track event any day.
