i love those frigin cars. they sound so sick, and just look at those brakes. now if only i could afford one.... i cant even afford an a3, never mind an r8

 

i saw an R8 in January on SR52. my friend was broke down at 2am and we were all standing by the light. then all of the sudden this car pulls up to the light.it sounded bad as hell but i could only see headlights (many led bulbs) then the light went green and it passed by.i was in awe

 

i already feel that way....

 

How much do they cost? I am pretty sure thats the one that was shown at the unveiling a few weeks ago at Reeve's. It sure didnt last long.

 

I believe I saw that same car on Fowler last week. I slowly drove a circle around it then I came up to my turn so I cut in front of it to get over (with a signal of course). I guess he noticed me checking out his car (pretty easy since my car is so loud) and he picked that time to floor it, then had to hit his brakes since I'd changed lanes. I got into the turn lane and he resumed his pull. I had trouble hearing it over my car.

ive seen him around a few times.its a nice little car

 

This was at the SPGP the other weekend, it wasnt exactly a pace car, but it would lap the track a couple times inbetween races
