Default Honda Civic headers question

Hey i have a 1999 civic hatchback with around 93,000 miles on it and i was wondering whats the worst that could happend when putting headers on it or if theres anything i should watch for thanks

I've heard they blow up with headers cause they give too much power... you should be carefull and only get the ones rated to add 15-25 HP. No more then that!

don't buy both, just the one

just get a DC, that should be fine for you

HeadeR, not headeRS - only us V6 and V8 boys get 2. And the worst that can happen is you buy some that are too long and lose 2 lb/ft of tq down low before making up 4 up top...or you buy too short ones and lost 2 tq up top while gaining 4 down low...

Actually, on second thought, the worst that could happen is you don't tighten them right and have exhaust leaks which end up tearing shit up in the long run...but you don't sound like you're capable of or planning on putting them on yourself so you should be fine with that.

If you have a stock honda invest in a different mod then a header.

Like lowering springs. Or an exhaust tip. Or LED squirters, or a REALLY big wing. Or the most JDM bodykit you can find on EBay. Or Recaro seats with 5-pt harnesses!
