Default 300zx internals (crankshaft question)

i looked through stroker kits .. there bs prices .. who would acctually pay 13 g's for 3 core parts when you can peice them together for under 4 thousand.. i found a few crankshafts for under $1000 .. there top line crankshafts.. are they any better then stock? or are they some sortof scam?

honestly you've got bigger fish to fry first. A stroker kit is like the last thing you would do to these cars. upgraded turbos, headwork, fuel system, drivetrain, and if you get that far and you're still wanting more, THEN consider it. But the reason they are so expensive, aside from what I mentioned earlier, is that hardly anyone has purchased them, so you're paying more of the R&D than you would for a more commonly purchased item
