Define or try to sum up the phrase rice. There are so many things that are considered rice and clean that i can never keep them all straight.
What makes an accesory, mod, or part ricey?
What makes a person more ricey, there car or there attitude, or there driving habits?
does rice ever look good?
Why is it such a big deal?
Is there an age group that seems to attract rice?
A nationality? or a background?
Some starter questions to get you thinking.

1.) Non functioning and or gaudy parts. This includs knockoff "JDM" parts in my book
2.) A car can be ricey by just looking at it. A ricer can drive the nicest/and or most stock car, and still be a ricer. Just his/her driving habits

6.) White trash, Spanish Trash, and Black Trash are the typical ricers. (If you don't get it, I'm saying stupid people from all races make cars look like shit, and drive them like idiots.. There is a certian group of people I will not mention that are more commonly ricers though. I'm sure you can guess

im not askingf specifics, im just trying to come to a general concensus as to what most people consider rice and what people consider nice.
Example, if i want a part on a honda i own, when i look at the part, does it have any of the attributes that most people said made it rice?
