NO.. The fucksticks were racing down all the way by the two big hotels. I can only imagine how fast they were going. The road swerves because the construction. There is a barrior that cuts off a lane (makes it merge over) right before the overpass. It was JUST AS MUCH the civic's fault for being right beside him going WELL in excess of 100mph in a construction area right before the vererans expressway. There is no reason to be going that fast in that area.
but the mustang owner did flee the scene of the accident so he pretty much gave up most freedom

If someone crashes and dies while being a ricer, I know I sure as fuck won't be charged with a street racing offense because of him. I didn't see it obviously, but I highly doubt the Mustang driver pulled a Toyko Drift "I'm gonna run you off the road and kill you" move. If he did then that changes the story, as that's all sorts of fucked up./

The cop came up to us and asked if we knew someone with a white mustang. Then he went on to telll us that a guy died racing and his head exploded, and that is was from STREET RACING, he made sure to mention it was from racing. You could tell he was a newb.

true, but the street racing death didn't have to happen. that's the way most people look at it. then again, if people didn't drive like assholes i'm sure the other 9 didn't have to happen.

There was. Someone racing kill an elderly person. The driver who was racing was also 37years old.
